I'm Gaby Lambert, a passionate personal trainer from Montreal who embraces the Joie de Vivre philosophy. I love muffins, so feel free to ask me about it sometime!

Creating a sense of community with my clients is essential. I aim to empower individuals by cultivating inner strength and joy in every movement. My training sessions are joyful, playful, and focus on balanced movements to support your goals.

My extensive background in boxing, circus performance, fitness, and yoga allows me to provide dynamic personal and group training. Whether it's high-energy training, boxing workouts, athletic cross-training, or core conditioning programs, my sessions pack a powerful punch.

Living in Montreal and Vancouver, I incorporate my passion for gastronomy into my personal training mission, creating tasty, healthy, and wholesome meals to support a sustainable, healthful lifestyle. My approach combines expert training with delicious nutrition guidance to ensure comprehensive wellness.

I have studied yoga and acrobatics in Montreal, Hawaii, and Vancouver with esteemed teachers like Nadia Torman, Kate Gillespie, Clara Roberts-Oss, and Slava Goloubov. Since 2019, I've been dedicated to personal training, drawing from my background as a circus performer, Pilates instructor, and enthusiastic boxer to offer holistic and effective fitness experiences.
